Corporate development programmes can range from intensive two-day workshops through to twelve-month transformational engagements. We will always recommend the appropriate duration during your initial consultation.

Yes. We understand that your circumstances and priorities can evolve, and we believe your development support should evolve with you. If you begin on one programme and find your focus shifting — for instance, from a career transition coaching engagement to a leadership acceleration programme — we will work with you to transition smoothly.

Any investment already made will be applied to your revised programme at a pro-rata rate, and we will ensure continuity of your coaching relationship wherever possible.

Corporate programmes are scoped and priced individually based on the size, duration, and complexity of the engagement.

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans on all individual coaching programmes, typically structured as monthly instalments over the duration of the programme. This makes our services accessible to those who would prefer to spread the investment rather than pay upfront.

For corporate clients, we offer 30-day invoice terms for established organisations and phased payment structures for larger, multi-stage programmes. Please discuss your preferred arrangement during your consultation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Process

How our programmes work from first contact to completion.

Getting started is straightforward. Simply reach out via our Contact page, send us an email, or give us a call. We will respond within one business day to arrange your complimentary discovery conversation.

Following that call, if you decide to proceed, we will provide you with a tailored programme proposal. Once accepted, you will receive a welcome pack, a coaching agreement, and details to book your first full session. The whole onboarding process is designed to be warm, efficient, and entirely on your terms.

Your first full coaching session is focused on deep discovery. We will explore your current situation, your goals, your values, and the specific challenges or transitions you are navigating. This session is also an opportunity to establish the working relationship, agree on ways of working, and set the foundations for the journey ahead.

You may be asked to complete a short pre-session reflection questionnaire beforehand, which helps us use the time together as productively as possible from the very first meeting.

We offer full flexibility. Sessions can be delivered in-person at our London offices, at a location convenient to you, or virtually via video call. Many clients opt for a hybrid approach — perhaps meeting in person for key milestone sessions while conducting regular sessions online.

Our virtual delivery is conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and we have found that the quality and depth of work achieved remotely is consistently high. We will always be guided by what works best for you.

Yes. We understand that life and work can be unpredictable. If you need to pause your programme due to a significant work commitment, personal circumstances, or any other reason, we will work with you to accommodate this. We ask for as much notice as reasonably possible and agree on a clear plan to resume.

Programmes can typically be paused for up to eight weeks without any additional charge. For longer pauses, we will discuss the best approach together — our aim is always to support your long-term success, not to hold you to an inflexible schedule.

The resulting programme is then designed specifically for your organisation's needs, language, values, and strategic priorities. We also provide bespoke materials, case studies, and tools that are contextualised to your business.

We work with teams and organisations of all sizes. For one-to-one executive coaching, we work with individual leaders regardless of their organisation's size. For team interventions, we have worked with teams as small as four and facilitated leadership development programmes for cohorts of up to 80 participants.

For very large-scale organisational programmes, we may draw on our trusted network of associate coaches and facilitators to ensure consistent quality of delivery at scale. Whatever your team size, we will design an approach that genuinely fits.
